Hannah Crighton

Hannah initially trained in Professional Dance and Musical Theatre on a full DADA Scholarship, validated by Trinity College London. Upon graduating in 2007 Hannah went on to work in Professional Musical Theatre for a number of years before beginning her studies in Exercise Coaching and Sports Massage Therapy.

During Hannah’s career in Exercise Coaching she has built a business providing one on one Fitness, Health and Wellbeing coaching to elite athletes, individuals from various sporting backgrounds and those who have certain health or fitness goals outside of sport.

Hannah has set up a Cancer Rehabilitation through Exercise Programme which provides prescriptive exercise programmes for individuals with Cancer, pre, during and post treatment or surgery and she has worked in GP referral including coaching individuals with illness, disease, injury and chronic pain.
Hannah spent some time in Australia working alongside a ‘Human Movement’ based training club, delivering coaching sessions for both professional athletes and members of the community focusing on bodyweight exercise.

Hannah qualified as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2011. Since graduating Hannah has delivered Sports Massage Therapy for both the artists at Download Music Festival and for the band Iron Maiden on the UK leg of their world Tour.

Hannah has worked in a clinical environment since 2013, providing Sports Massage Therapy to elite athletes from various sporting backgrounds and to patients in rehabilitation due to injury, illness or surgery.
Hannah also has many patients with whom she works to maintain and improve their health, fitness and wellbeing by delivering regular Sports Massage Therapy to prevent injury or to relieve stress & tension.

Hannah is also currently working with the athletes on TASS (Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme), providing Sports Massage Therapy as a part of their scholarship, in preparation for competitions; most of which are headed for the Olympic Games.
